Nick Crow —
I’d planned on becoming a professor, but partway through my last postdoc my wife and I began publishing urban fantasy novels and I fell in love with writing.
I have a Masters and Ph.D. in herpetology, and as a postdoc, I studied human evolution. I’ve worked on many topics ranging from the genomics of reptile evolution to the genes responsible for human pigmentation.
I live in Vermont with my wife, two sons, and plenty of books.
